• Automatically scans all vehicle ECU models; reads and clears trouble codes, freeze frames, and fault condition records; views module versions and exports diagnostic reports; uploads fault logs to the KARMA backend service system.
• Real-time data stream and high-voltage monitoring, including data streams from the high-voltage battery BMS, Vehicle Control Module VCM, motor inverter, range-extender engine, and on-board charger, covering battery cell voltage, temperature, SOC, insulation, and high-voltage circuit status.
• Active actuator testing: Testing of the cooling system, high-voltage components, high-voltage contactor engagement/disengagement, DC-DC control, as well as operational testing of components such as the air conditioning, compressor, lights, door locks, and windows; includes the ability to force-start the range-extender engine for testing.
• ECU module programming, firmware flashing, module coding, calibration, replacement of VCM/BMS/OBC/inverters; online firmware flashing, infotainment system firmware upgrades, reprogramming, module coding, VIN writing, vehicle network configuration, anti-theft system pairing, key pairing, and ADAS calibration.
