1. Basic Diagnostics
• Automatic VIN recognition, full-vehicle ECU scan, read/clear DTCs (fault codes), including fault descriptions and repair guidelines.
• Real-time data stream: voltage, temperature, current, RPM, pressure, real-time sensor values, and freeze frames (data captured at the moment a fault occurred).

6. Remote Diagnostics (Built-in)
VinFast electric vehicles come equipped with built-in remote diagnostics. The vehicle’s T-BOX uploads fault codes to the cloud, allowing the after-sales backend to remotely read fault codes and data streams, and perform remote resets in certain scenarios—without the need to connect a VCI device (however, in-depth calibration/programming still requires an on-site IDS + VCI).
