• XPeng Motors Diagnostic System is used for Xpeng series vehicle service, fault diagnostics, fault scanning, DTC read and clear, component action test, Matching, calibration and testing, coding, ECU flash programming, software upgrade. This is XPeng Cars Specialized vehicles diagnostic tool. It is intended for use by XPeng Motors after-sales service technicians and engineers.
• Supported Vehicle Models: XPeng G3 G3i G6 G7 G9 G9L GX L03 L05 M03 P5 P7 P7+ X9, and future new models. Covers all XPeng Vehicles models.

XPeng Motors Diagnostic System Main Functions:
• Vehicle information retrieval: Identification of VIN, basic vehicle information, vehicle status, hardware list, controller hardware numbers and part numbers.
• Vehicle Information Query: Vehicle summary report, controller version overview, BMS summary data, and vehicle fault overview.
• Vehicle Diagnostic Scan: Scan of all vehicle controller modules; retrieval of vehicle historical event logs and vehicle component assembly information.
• Vehicle Module Diagnostics: Automatic ECU scanning, individual ECU diagnostics, fault code reading/clearing, freeze frames, parameters, data streams, and module replacement procedures.
• Module Calibration: Calibration of LiDAR, cameras, the three-electric system (BMS), VCU, motors, OBC, gateway, BCM, autonomous driving domain, cockpit domain, EPS, airbags, suspension, etc.
• Component Function Testing: Testing of actuators including high-voltage contactors, compressors, cooling water pumps, charging port locks, EPB (Electronic Parking Brake), door locks, windows and windscreen wipers.
• Anti-theft system pairing: Reading anti-theft system status; adding smart card keys and Bluetooth digital keys; key deletion; anti-theft controller reset; VIN writing; and verification of anti-theft status.
• ECU flashing/programming: ECU module flashing and programming; module firmware upgrades; module coding and configuration; firmware rollback; software upgrades; collision lock reset; and high-voltage lock release.
• Service Reports: Generate comprehensive diagnostic reports; export data stream snapshots and fault event logs; save locally or upload to the server; generate inspection reports; and archive service records.
• Vehicle Configuration: Read and modify factory configuration codes and vehicle function codes; verify and activate optional features; modify configuration codes; and enable or disable specific vehicle function settings.
• R&D Engineering Mode: In-depth debugging of low-level buses (CAN-FD / DoIP Ethernet). Raw message packet capture. Advanced ECU debugging permissions, offline software updates, and engineering firmware flashing. Vehicle-wide configuration and calibration, with full access to all vehicle calibration parameters. Engineering debugging of the anti-theft system. Log and data capture, with protection restrictions removed.
